Apartament was very nice with completly enough space for 7 people. Localization was very good as we had 8 mintes walk to metro and 3 mins to Shopping Center. Owner was also very nice and though we didn\'t speak Spainish he explained us all most important issues. One negative comment I have on elevator&front doors of building and impact on two rooms deeper inside apartment. Early morning from 7 am noise of eleveator&front doors waked up all people who slept it this room. I was really impossibe to sleep there so for everyone who sleep longer than till 7am I do not reccoment this rooms.

Ottima soluzione in caso di gruppo numeroso. L\'appartamento potrebbe essere curato meglio ma dispone dei serivi minimi necessari anche per un lungo soggiorno. Utile la presenza di 2 bagni anche se le porte non si chiudono a chiave. A pochi passi dal centro commerciale con supermercato Carrefour. Ottimo per la vicinanza con la fermata del tram e della metro Glores. Per chi ha l\'auto potrebbero esserci dei problemi a trovare parcheggio. Nel nostro caso ne abbiamo trovato uno in uno sterrato nelle vicinanze, non a pagamento, senza riscontrare alcun problema.

The location of the accomodation is very good only 5 minutes by walk from the metro lines and from the tram lines. The centre can be reached by metro only in 10 minutes. It is near to Agbar Tower and this tower is within sight from lot of parts of the city so it is very easy to find your way home also in the night. The apartment and also the building are clean and friendly. The security is perfect in the apartment and also in the surroundings. This part of the city is not a real tourist area, it is a residential area with a lot of services: shopping center, supermarket, internet caffé and there are not so expensive. The apartment is absolutely well-equipped, nice and clean. The windows face to the street so there is a little noise in the night but after the full-day walkings we slept wery well. So I recommend this apartment to everyone. The price is very friendly and it is value for money. The description and the photos on the site are correct.

Con pochi spiccioli di spesa la casa poteva esssere eccellente. Peccato. Il tipo che l'ha affittata è stato ok ci ha anche risparmiato i 40 euro del "late arriving" (siamo arrivati a mezzanotte passata). La posizione è abbastanza ok, per il rumore si dorme, ma con le finestre (due doppi vetri) chiusi e ventilatori accesi(AC solo nel salone). Serrande guaste, un bagno con la doccia senza acqua fredda e la porta dello stesso che non si può chiudere. Appartamento con listone di legno, pulito, primo piano, fermata autobus sottocasa, metro a 5 minuti, centro comerciale a 5 minuti, bar, tabacchi risotranti, zona non turistica e quindi non cara. Se torno a barcelona (improbabile) lo contatto.
