L'appartement semble plus petit que sur les photos. Le clic-clac fait un peu mal au dos. L'appartement est cependant en bon état, bien situé et dans un endroit calme où nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Il est à proximité de toutes commoditées (supérette ouverte jusqu'à 23h00) et station de Métro Poble Sec à 5 min à pieds. La qualité de service du propriétaire est exemplaire. Il est constamment joignable et disponible pour toutes questions.

It really was just what we needed. Ideal location for Marathon start and finish. Plenty of shops nearby, easy access to local bars and eating places. Quiet too, which suited us. Ideal

El apartamento está bien comunicado, a 5 minutos del metro y a unos 10 minutos andando a La Rambla. El apartamento está bien equipado, la nota negativa es que no tiene calefacción, a excepción de un mini-radiador, el cual no tenia soporte y lo teniamos que mantener apoyado en la pared y tardaba mucho en calentar el apartamento, la verdad que pasamos frio sobre todo por la noche. Por las mañanas, desde las 8 de la mañana, nos despertaba el ruido de la obra del piso que estan construyendo al lado, la verdad que es muy molesto y nos irritaba bastante por la mañana, ya que era dificil conciliar el sueño.

Apt. on 3rd floor up. Somewhat narrow stairs. Ask contact to show you the light switch for stairs. Quiet location. Drummer in an upstairs apt., but quit fairly early evenings, so it wasn't a bother. Easy access to metro.

8/10 Appartement agréable ; bon contact avec le propriétaire très sympathique

Very clean and appropropriately equipped with essentials. Absolutely ideal situation - away from tourist areas but with both bus and metro very close by. Also, some excellent restaurants in the area as well as supermarkets and specialist food shops. Note that the owner of the apartment also communicatd by email, giving good advice on how to get there.

il faudrait préciser qu'il n'y a pas de possibilité pour garer une voiture aux alentours ; les plans de bus sont très difficiles à trouver (contrairement à ceux du métro).

Barcelona is chilly in Winter at night so the flat could have done with two heaters rather than just one (so you could have a heater in the bedroom too). And yes, the building next door is derelict, but they're building something in its place. Location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do - just 5 mins walk from the metro and 10 mins walk to La Rambla.
