Die Wohnung, die neu renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand ist, eignet sich ideal für eine Familie mit 2-4 Kindern. Von dort kann man zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn problemlos sämtliche Stadtviertel erreichen. Sehr angenehm ist, dass im Nachbarhaus ein Einkaufsmarkt und eine Straßenecke weiter eine Markthalle ist.Außerdem sind in unmittelbarer Nähe gute Lokale verschiedener Preisklassen. Die ausgesprochen freundliche und unkomlizierte Vermieterin verschickt vor der Ankunft sehr hilfreiches Informationsmaterial.

It was great... very good value for money in my opinion, ideal for the 5 (should have been 6!) of us just to shower/change/rest our heads etc. but spent most of our time out and about like you should in such an excellent city. Location was super, with all shops you could need within a 5 min walk and very close to the metro.

The accommodation was excellent. clean, tidy, facilities like kitchen, laundry, bathrooms were good. It was roomy enough to accommodate all 6 of us. If anything 2 of the rooms were quite small. But no complaints. The location was ideal and very easy to get to everywhere. Well serviced by the Metro and a 15 mins walk to Plaza Espanya. Will definitely book this apartment again :-) I'd recommend it highly.

Ramon and Lucita were great! They were so accommodating! The place was fitted with all the essential and more - even tourist infomation and maps which came in handy. Neighbours were lovely too. We spent more time the apartment then out exploring. Miss the place already! Thanks a bunch!

The appartment is quite o.k., but a few things are important to know: the appartment is on the 8th floor and the lift can be used just by 2 persons, the kitchen is very small, there is no table, where you can eat except that one on the balcony and for 6 persons it is a little bit small, if you want more than just a bed to sleep.

Things stand out 1. Worth mentioning that the over/grill will only work if the timer is also turned on, this is a feature we don't have in england. 2. In three of the four bedrooms it was impossible to open the wardrobe doors, either smaller furniture needs to be put in or possibly a re-arrangement of the furniture. 3. The smaller sofa in the lounge is passed it,s best, could do with replacement. 4. The table and chairs on the balcony are too big, therefore impossible to use.

The flat was rented for self-catering, but there was no table inside to have a meal. And there were only four chairs at a table on the balcony (too cold in January). The second bath-room is very tiny, so that you have to get off your trousers in the entrance already. The location is perfect, a typical quarter with a big market nearby and not too many tourists. And only 15 minutes walk to the city center... The contact person is able to talk English very well.
