There was enough space for 5 persons, if the stay would be like 2 or 3 days might be that even 6 or 7 persons could be accommodated using the sofa at the living room. It was really quiet, on the other hand the school was closed during the long weekend because of the National Day. The beds were quite ok, but the twin bed a little bit too hard. It is good to have a separate toilet and a shower. The stairs should be mentioned at the description, although it is said there is no lift.

There are no elevators and it's quite a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Otherwise, the accomodation was in a great area and facilities. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for accomodation in a central location with stacks going on around it this flat is excellent. Less than 5 mins from Placa Recal/Las Ramblas, 50 yards from all the bars restuarants on Carrer Del Ferran, same street as Bar Mancnester (just down the road. Flat could comfortably accomodate six.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist spitze. Direkt in der Altstadt ruhig gelegen- allerdings ist im Hinterhof bis in die Morgenstunden Party. Die Kontaktperson war sehr nett und konnte -etwas holperiges- Englisch. Die Wohnung selber ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

The accommodation is very conveniently situated. The flat itself, although modest, is clean, well-maintained and comfortable enough for 5 people. It would too cramped for 7 ! The shower plug hole was blocked when we were there, so we had to shower with our feet in a pool of water. There was air-conditioning only in the livingroom, so if you can´t stand the heat, don´t go there in July or August. Finally the pillows were quite uncomfortable : very thick and hard as rock ! Apart from that, the flat was fine overall.

I was a little worried at first on arriving as there was a few unsavoury charactors round and about and the area was covered in grafitti, but my worries were unfounded as the place was lovely, great location, very quiet except next to a school which was quite noisy on a morning, accommodation spotless with everything you needed and contact person great, nothing was a bother, very impressed with cleanliness of the area in general, will definately go again, even with my young family who also thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The apartment is very well located and comfortably furnished. The kiddies at the school opposite the apartment were noisy little buggers which hampered the late morning sleep-ins. But otherwise it was a great place.

Conform to the description of the website (except that the contact person does not speak French). No noise from the street, but you can hear people above walking. In short, no regret, to recommand
