Très chouette appartement, à deux pas de la Rambla et du marché couvert. Très proche d'une station centrale du métro (et le métro à Barcelone, c'est quelque chose (fréquence, réseau), en comparaison avec le très pauvre métro bruxellois). Appartement propre et conforme à la description. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

The apartment was exactly as described and spotless. The location just off La Rambla was perfect for us. We found Alfredo very nice and helpful. The only negative thing I could say was it got a little noisy at night but no more so than in other large cities.

Centrally located, two minutes to Ramblas. Very quiet inside apartment despite busy street outside. Clean and comfy.

I cant be sure which of 2 appt.'s to rate as we stayed in 2 appts for 3 days each so please apply the ratings above to the 2nd apartment we stayed in, in Gracia. WE booked one appt for 6 days well in advance but on arrival the landlord's rep. advised us the pipes were broken in the appt we booked. We booked this specific 2 bedroom appt due to a number of reviews about how quiet it was even though in Barri Gotic. This is key for us. The landlord then took us to a smaller place in Raval which turned out to be very noisy. As we were unsure what to do we took it. On the 3rd day we felt we could not stay there any more so we went to Oh Barcelona ( who were not aware of the change made by the landlord due to the pipes issue) and were moved to a lovely 2 bedroom in Gracia. The first landlord was very cooperative about returning our money for the last 3 days and was very apologetic. I do think however we should have been advised before arrival so we could have thought what to do rather than being on the spot in a strange place unsure what the options were. In the second appt in Gracia the steet noise was still somewhat apparent but with 2 berooms at the back we could sleep fine and we were very happy with the size the neighbourhood , the cleanliness and the quiet in the bedrooms at night.

Apartamento bem equipado, apesar da localização sossegado, limpo. As toalhas de banho um pouco gastas, mas tudo parecia limpo Sr ALfredo muito simpático e prestável.

The apartment was noisy. You can heren your neighbours very well, when the go to the toilet. The contact person was prescioully on time.

L'appartamento si è effettivamente dimostrato all'altezza delle descrizioni degli altri precedenti occupanti...centralissimo, comodo e pulito, e soprattutto silenzioso per via dell'affaccio sul cortile interno... assolutamente raccomandabile.

Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen und sie war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einige Tage in dieser Stadtr benötigt. Die Kontaktperson, Herr Alfedo Ruiz, spricht zwar weder deutsch noch englisch, aber mit unseren 3 Brocken spanisch sind wir mit ihm gut klar gekommen. Herzlichen Dank für die Vermittlung!
