L'appartamento è buio, ha il soffitto basso e la stanza lato strada è rumorosa. Tuttavia si trova in una buona posizione, è centrale ed è abbastanza funzionale. Il soggiorno è stato buono.

logement très sombre,très peu de lumière naturelle. très bruyant toute la nuit+fenêtres qui ferment mal. logement spacieux et bien équipé en appareils. situation centrale

accomodation clean and tidy, bedroom at front very large a bit noisy as window on to the street but didn't bother us, location great right in centre few minuites walk from la ramblas. contact person very helpful!

The quality of the apartment is poor.

Basic apartment but clean & very well located. Owner made us very welcome when we arrived.

very comfortable if want to live in the old city center. very easy to find the location as a foreigner arrive at franca railway station. only problem is the small door. my head often gets hit on the wall.

Great place to have the apartment, very clean, no lounge really but then again how lond do you want to be inside whilst in Barcelona? Mind your head though!!! Brilliant service, everything was explained to us upon arrival, great service

Ottima posizione e ottimo servizio di accoglienza. Appartamento in un edificio storico, molto carino, veramente a 2 passi sia dalla Rambla che da Plaça St Jaume. Cucina ben accessoriata, bagno e camere da letto funzionali. Qualche disagio per persone un po' alte (io sono m 1.90), visti i soffitti bassi e i letti corti.

great apartment!

The apartment was really spacious and clean. One bedroom in particular was very very big (but suffered more the noise from outside). We didnt like that the roof of the bigger bedroom lowered dramatically at the door level: to enter this bedroom, you have to bend forward. However, even if we paid attenction, 3 out of 4 managed to knock the wall with the head! It was just a matter of time... The bathroom was really clean and the shower box was GIANT and well done. In conclusion, an excellent apartment except: 1) the roof near the door of the bigger bedroom 2) the noise coming from the street of the bigger bedroom (the windows seemed to be lacking acoustical isolation...) Please note that the smaller bedroom since its internal disposition, did not suffer of noise from the street.

great apartment. very clean and spacious. only downside was the low (very low!) beam outside the main bedroom. i bet a lot of people have hit their heads on that over the years!

It was a very clean accomodation, right in the city-centre with a beautiful sleepingroom in the front. The Bathroom was Okay, but the kitchen was a bit dark.
