Helle und grosse Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort inklusive

Très bel appartement, très propre, très fonctionnel, bien équipé. Excellente location à tous les niveaux. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil, avec des informations utiles concernant les lieux à visiter. Nous le recommandons vivement!

There was a small issue with the neighbour next door to us complaining about noise, however the agency assisted us in solving this. The lady in the apartment and OH-Barcelona were very helpful, and we were very happy with our stay.

Wir haben uns zu 6 Personen in der Wohnung bis auf Kleinigkeiten sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider musste bei einem Bett der Lattenrost immer wieder repariert werden. Wünschenwert wäre eine grössere Zahl von Besteck und Geschirr. Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Das vorhandene Plastiktischtuch war nicht benutzbar.

Ausstattung leider nicht komplett, es fehlten Tassen und Gläser. Sauberkeit: Backoffen gar nicht gereinigt, Boden in der ganzen Wohnung nicht sauber, lange Haare auf den Decken, Bettdecken mit vielen Flecken, WC nicht gereinigt, es fehlte WC-Bürste, die Tischglasplatte im Wohnzimmer war schmutzig.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die KLimaanlage ist nur von einem Zimmer aus steuerbar und diesem Zimmer war es dann meist zu kalt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal!

The appartment is very nice with a central location. Our only problem, was the fact that the walls seemed to be paper thin, and we had neighbours complaining and knocking on the walls several times. Even though we were five guys staying in the apprtment, I would say that we were not loud at all. Just a normal conversation at about 23.00 in the livingroom, sparked a heavy knocking on the wall from a neighbour. We ended up with staying in the kitchen most of the time we were in the appartment after 22.00, with closed of doors, so we wouldn't disturb the neighbours..

Inside apartment means no street noise but so closed in with plants covering windows ( presumably for privacy as facing other apartments) felt like a cave. During our stay there was a lot of noise everyday from about eight in morning as there are major building works going on. they will certainly be going on for some time. Also there is some other very strange noise that sounds like it might be the metro ( a lot of vibration that gets louder and louder intermittently) but fourth floor so unlikely. Very central location , close to everything. clean and nicely furnished. bad smell probably from en suite toilet which the kind has a small pipe and impeller system (like waste disposal) and located next to heating system possibly faulty and venting through heating system. Lots of previous reviews mention the smell. before booking spoke to someone who said it might be possible to arrange late check out with landlord. this is not possible. can leave bags at office but it's not very convenient if you have a late flight. Contact person O.P. very helpful and informative. would use OH again but different appartment

The middle bathroom had a really strong of sewage. It was also stated in the description there was a DVD player but there wasn't one.

Creo que deberían garantizar un servicio mínimo de llegada, por ejemplo detergente, agua mineral, alguna galletita. Esto puede ser consensuado con el locatario y cobrado, pero lo importante es que si llega fuera de horario comercial o un domingo, tenga algo elemental para manejarse. Esto no desmerece en nada la calidad del alojamiento.
