Herrliche Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia

Living/kitchen area light and bright with a large terrific terrace and great view. Though small, the bathroom was clean and functional with a very good hair dryer and decent light and storage. Tiny shower and only enough hot water for one person which was an inconvenience. The white comforter on the bed was dirty and the throw blanket had cigarette burn holes. We had to clean the dishes before we used them. Very bad internet connection unfortunately. First, we want to say that overall staying in the apartment was a fine experience. There were a number of disappointments and inconveniences with the quality of the apartment such as cleanliness, lack of sufficient hot water for showers and poor internet connection. However, the location was good. Central for getting around the city. Metro stop at the corner, supermarket a few minute walk away,Sagrada Familia across the street and the Avenue de Gaudi around the corner for strolling and some shopping.

Oh-barcelona:
The landlord takes every measure to ensure the cleanliness of the apartment and confirms that he has reviewed the performance of the water heater. It holds 50 liters and heats water throughout the whole day.

Suggestions: add a soap dish to the shower and a couple of more pillows in the bedroom.

A truely lovely appartment. The Metro only a few steps away, so you can reach any part of Barcelona. Well equipped, and the most beautiful balcony. I was met and a very friendly and proffesional hand over took place. The only down side was the internet. It was such a poor connection that I was never able to use it. Difficult for me as I was on business, and this was one of the key things I needed. Managed to make do with the coffee shop round the corner.

Shower is very small and wireless Internet connectivity is poor. Recommend put a shelf in the shower to hold items like shampoo and soap since it is nearly impossible to bend over to pick them up. For Internet, recommend boosting wireless signal strength or putting in a wired connection. Patio is excellent and the location is great.

Schön eingerichtet, etwas kleine Zimmer, dafür langer Gang, Sauber, einige Einrichtungsgegenstände fehlten (z.B. Kaffeemaschine)

La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. La présence d'un cendrier aurait été un plus. L'appartement était très propre. Un défaut d'isolation des conduits de douche requiert l'intervention d'un professionnel très rapidement. On se prend des coups de jus en continu pendant toute la durée de la douche, c'est douloureux voir dangereux. La présence de savon pour se laver les mains dans la salle de bains aurait été un plus. La présence d'une cafetière, même simpliste, aurait été un grandement appréciée. Le torchon fourni ne séchait pas grand chose. Il faut en ajouter un sous l'égouttoir à vaiselle, l'eau tombe sur le plan de travail.

War ne runde Sache, sowohl die Unterkunft als auch das Viertel waren super, nur kann man natürlich den Standard nicht mit dem deutschen Wohnungsstanddard vergleichen.

Alles wunderbar in der Wohnung, man konnte sofort in die Metro einsteigen, das Viertel war toll und die Kontaktpersonen überpünktlich und supersympathisch.
