Großes Studio Apartment in Barcelona

We were more than satisfied with the apartment and the way our business was handled. We would use Oh-Barcelona again and would request this unit again.

Wir hatten zwei Tage keinen Strom in der Küche, konnten auch nicht duschen, da der Boiler ausgefallen war. Die Vermieterin kam uns dennoch nicht mit einem Preisnachlass entgegen. Bei der Ankunft war zur verabredeten Zeit der Schlüsselübergabe niemand da; erst nach einem Telefonat unsrerseits kam jemand - mit 40 Minuten Verspätung zur Schlüsselübergabe.

Oh-barcelona:
Der Wohnungseigentümer bekräftigt, dass die Elektriker in der Ferienwohnung waren, um den Stromausfall zu beheben und den Warmwasserheizer zu reparieren, sodass dieser nun wieder einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Schaden wurde von 3 Elektrikern in 36 Arbeitsstunden behoben. Sowohl die Küche als auch der Warmwasserheizer können nun wieder problemlos verwendet werden. Der Wohnungseigentümer garantiert weiterhin für seine Verfügbarkeit bei jeglicher Art von Vorkommnissen während des Aufenthaltes. Es wird empfohlen, dem Vermieter bei Ankunft am Flughafen die Uhrzeit des Check-ins telefonisch zu bestätigen.

La ducha era excelente, cocina bien equipada y una cama doble con colchón cómodo - no era suave.

19/20 Très bon accueil. Très bel appartement, je ne m'attendais pas à autant de confort. Télé écran plat, lecteur DVD, internet (illimité) relié à l'écran TV, chaine hifi, Clim, cuisine équipée. Situé à 5 minutes des Ramblas, métros-bus... Séjour Extraordinaire. Merci encore.

Great location, nice apartment, convenient, calm and spaceful. Beautiful natural light. Everything worked well: the wifi, the air conditioner, the oven, etc. Only some electrical lights were a bit tricky. We enjoyed very much the apartment and the area. Friendly and helpful contact person, although she arrived five minutes late for the checking.

Good amenities in the flat, central position, Close to La Rambla and Gothic Quarter. The area where the flat is situate is rather mixed but' for example 5 minutes from the museum of Modern Art. Recommended. Payment was exactly as described with no extras.

The maximum delay was 10 to 15 min.

The flat is perfectly located in the heart of Raval, close to all the attractions of The Ramblas and nearby. It also has a nice bar and a good italian restaurant just downstairs. It is spacious and the kitchen is very good equipped (is just doesn't have an oven and a dish washing). There was a good cable Internet connection, and theoretically you may use a wi-fi (in my case, it didn't work but I was happy with the cable). It has a lift, a good entrace, and a contact person was very nice, though a little bit desorganised in terms of time. On the other side, the flat is sort of "used": the furniture, poor lighting, cold in the winter, the shower can run out of hot water, half of the electricity sockets don't work. Natural sun light is also limited to the morning time. I made my booking 1,5 days before arrival, and 1) had difficulties to meet the contact person (M.) because the flat was wrongly mapped on the oh-barcelona site 2) arrived to the uncleaned flat - Marcela had to call a cleaning person, and I had to leave while the cleaning was done. The owner sent a bottle of champaigne to apologise. Overall, if this flat had not been booked for my next visit to Barcelona, I would have stayed there again.

Oh-barcelona:
The owner assures us the all power points in the apartment are in full working order (although you need to press a button located on the switch control to connect them all), the Wi-Fi system also works and the kitchen is equipped with an oven. This apartment is equipped with 4 wide windows, it has a hot water unit of 100 litres and a heat pump to assure the comfort to all customers.
