Das Bad ist ein bi�chen arg eng, aber daran gew�hnt man sich. Man f�hlt sich wohl, alles pa�t.
Die Vermieterin/Kontaktperson ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. |

La rue, pas très avenante au premier abord, est compensée par l'accueil de la propriétaire qui est d'un excellent contact et très agréable. L'appartement est plaisant, calme et lumineux et à proximité immédiate du métro.

Appartement très propre, très bien situé pour visiter Barcelone, et station de métro à 2 pas.. De plus, Elisabeth, la propriétaire, est rès sympathique et vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaitez pour vous aider dans Barcelone. Seul petit bémol (pour les + exigeants ou pour les fragiles du dos... : le matelas...). En résumé : très bonne adresse! |

The flat is very clean and the owner is very friendly. The bed is, in my opinion, a bit uncomfortable, but for a few days no problem. With a heavy suitcase it is very difficult to climb up the stairs as they are very narrow. The room is alongside the street and therefore it is noisy, also at night - some ear plugs are advisable. |

The host is very lovely and incredibly helpful in giving you information on what to do in Barcelona and goes out of her way and is generally very considerate. The area is good for tourists and everything is walking distance. If you don't like noisy streets though you might have a problem sleeping at nights..though if you close the window it appears to be double glazed so that will help reduce the noise somewhat. The flight of stairs is 5 not 4..so be prepared if you have heavy luggage as there is no lift. But all in all..good for what your paying. |

Excellent flat, ideally located, great friendly host, well furnished (inc fan, certainly needed in summer), lovely terrace, all amenities catered for, guidebooks and maps collected for my use, definitely recommended.
only drawback was the stairs, awkward with baggage. Noisy at night especially on Saint's Days or sporting success but generally very good and ear plugs available from local shops.
Location provided perfect base for my first flat in the city and perfectly secure. Neighbours also friendly. |

Elisabet was very nice, easy to deal with. Clean and nice room. Not for taller persons.=)(the bed)
Hard to cook anything bigger because there was only one hotplate.
A bit noisy during the evening and nights, but close to everything! Nice terrace on the roof. |

Un appartement très mignon et très bien installé (sauf pour les télévision-man), en plein centre ville, à 50 m du métro.
La propriétaire parle espagnol, français et anglais et est très sympatique. |

Appartement un peu plus petit que je n'imaginais, mais tout est tres bien : propre, clair, un peu de place dans les placards ! Et l'accueil tres agreable.
Un détail : Pas d'air conditionné, je ne sais plus si c'est indiqué mais ce n'est pas neutre en cette saison. Et c'est au 5e sans ascenseur. 4/5 |
