The location is perfect to enjoy the architecture, museums, beach, gastronomy and the social life making Barcelona famous. The majority of Barcelona’s tourist sights are within 15 minutes from the apartment: Plaza Catalonia, Ramblas, the beach, etc. TRANSPORTATION: easy access to public transportation: 3 Metro lines within 2 minutes (L2, L3, L1) and numerous bus lines that can take you anywhere in the city. BARCELONA AIRPORT: 15 minutes on bus.

In order to ensure a successful reservation, a prepayment is required at the time of reservation. The prepayment is a percentage of the total amount due.
The outstanding amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the keys on the first day of your stay.
Further more, it is commonplace that a deposit is required in cash, which should also be paid upon the delivery of the keys on the first day. The deposit will be reimbursed upon returning the keys on the last day of your stay.
