The "Ensanche d'Or" apartment has an excellent layout, ideal for groups of friends and families. One main double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with single bed, full bathroom with shower stall, dining room and separate kitchen. Fully equipped down to the last detail. The kitchen has all the accessories: dishware, cutlery, cooking equipment, coffee maker, juicer, refrigerator, vitroceramic range, oven, microwave oven, toaster, etc. To make your stay more agreeable, air conditioning and heating are available, as well as plasma television, Internet connection (broadband), a safe, Hi-Fi equipment, clothes washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, towels, sheets, blankets, eiderdowns and duvets. It is located in the Eixample district of Barcelona (the modernistic area). 

El Eixample is an extension of the city, designed by Ildefons Cerdà and begun in 1860, and is one of the most unusual urban spaces in the world. The personality of Barcelona is rooted in large measure in the unique design of this district.

In order to ensure a successful reservation, a prepayment is required at the time of reservation. The prepayment is a percentage of the total amount due.
The outstanding amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the keys on the first day of your stay.
Further more, it is commonplace that a deposit is required in cash, which should also be paid upon the delivery of the keys on the first day. The deposit will be reimbursed upon returning the keys on the last day of your stay.
