This modern apartment is on the outskirts of Barcelona in one of the best districts of the city, Les Corts. In Les Corts you will have the safest surrounding and easy connections to the city's center. You also have the stadium of the FC Barcelona around and the famous Royal Garden (Jardin Reial). The apartment has one bedroom and one further single bed sofa as well as a double bed sofa. The beds and all furniture are very modern and comfortable. From the bedroom you have a direct access to the living room which has a couch and a flat screen TV. The American kitchen is equipped with every utility you will need: oven, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, juice machine, cutlery and crockery as well kitchen pans. Further useful facilities are: washing machine, air condition, heating, hairdryer and an iron. The bathroom is very clean and modern and has a shower. The apartment is on the basement.

For arrivals between 21.30hrs and 08.00hrs there is a supplement of 30€ to be paid directly to the owner on arrival
There is a surcharge of 30 € for exits before 8h00 in the morning.

| Les Corts, is situated in the North-East of Barcelona and its name dates back to when this area was used as farmland. Today its difficult to find the rural spots that Les Corts was once famous for, except perhaps around the Plaza del Carme, which sits somewhat at the old heart of the residential zones. Les Corts was integrated into Barcelona City in 1867 .Les Corts could be divided into three separate zones, firstly: The Barcelona University Zone: One of Catalunya´s largest Universities has its campus located on both sides of Avenida Diagonal. Although there are very few cafes and restaurants in this area, you will see a lot of students around, which always creates a very nice atmosphere. Secondly there is the Residential zone. This is one of the safest areas of Barcelona to live in and ideal to be used as your base point for your stay in Barcelona. Lastly, the Barcelona F.C zone or as the natives call it: ´El Barça´. For many natives of Barcelona, the area of Les Corts is a synonymy of Barcelona Football Club, which takes up a large part of the zone. Places of interest for tourists: the Museum of Football, the famous Camp Nou stadium of Barcelona and the Plaza del Carme. |
