| Luminous and quiet apartment of 45m² with a furnished terrace of 24m² with a barbeque and beautiful views. Completely equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, oven, electric stove, dryer, etc. TV, video, double bed. Complete bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub. Towels and sheets are provided and there are many built-in wardrobes. The Putxet and Tibidabo are situated in the upper part of Barcelona, where there are still old vacation houses from the beginning of the 20th century. Here, the Catalan bourgeoisie spent there vacations. With time, Barcelona has expanded towards the mountain and has absorbed this area. There is very easy access to public transportation by underground (2 lines) and direct access to Las Ramblas in just a few minutes. You can also move around by bus. Within walking distance from the apartment you will find: Park Güell, Park Putxet, Tibidabo, the Science Museum and Pedralbles Monestary. A safe and quiet area where many embassies are located. There are also restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and supermarkets. |

| The history of the Sarrià -Sant Gervasi district begins in the middle of the 19th Century, forty years before it officially joined Barcelona city in 1897. In 1846 there were only 376 inhabitants in the area compared to the 150.000 that were registered in 1991.  Today the district is a friendly, upper class area of Barcelona, made up of quiet, relaxed streets and squares with a lots of parks and greenery. Where the streets of Santaló and Mariano Cubi cross, you will find a high concentration of fashionable shops and cafes. This area of Barcelona is well known for its many ?chic? bars and discotheques and you will find plenty of choice whatever your taste. At Plaza Francesc Maciá you will meet the cream of the crop of Barcelona´s nightlife.  It will take about 12 minutes to get from this area to Plaza Catalunya and the city center of Barcelona by train. It should be said that besides being one of the greenest and nicest districts of Barcelona it´s also one of the safest districts in Barcelona. |

In order to ensure a successful reservation, a prepayment is required at the time of reservation. The prepayment is a percentage of the total amount due.
The outstanding amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the keys on the first day of your stay.
Further more, it is commonplace that a deposit is required in cash, which should also be paid upon the delivery of the keys on the first day. The deposit will be reimbursed upon returning the keys on the last day of your stay.
