You have 5 grocery stores within a 2 min walk, including one that opens 24/7. There are 3 pharmacies and health centers also in close vicinity. Don´t forget to pay a visit to our neighborhood pastry & coffee shop on the corner, they are open 7 days a week! Aside from having one of the best catalan food restaurant right next door, there are also other several restaurants, coffee shops, typical old-style markets, and shopping areas within a brisk walk. |

In order to ensure a successful reservation, a prepayment is required at the time of reservation. The prepayment is a percentage of the total amount due.
The outstanding amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the keys on the first day of your stay.
Further more, it is commonplace that a deposit is required in cash, which should also be paid upon the delivery of the keys on the first day. The deposit will be reimbursed upon returning the keys on the last day of your stay.
