Calm apartment with all the modern comforts. Comprised of 1 double bed and 4 single beds, distributed in 4 bedrooms, allowing us to comfortably welcome up to 6 people in the apartment. It is located in a centric and safe zone, surrounded by stores and restaurants. Next to the Market of San Antonio, possibly the best market of Barcelona. Next to the apartment is a calm landscaped zone with cafes and children’s games. The situation is perfect to enjoy the architecture, museums, beach, gastronomy and social life that make Barcelona famous. Most of the tourist sites of Barcelona are just 15 minutes from the apartment: Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas, beach etc. TRANSPORTATION: privileged situation with respect to the public transport: 3 tube lines within 2 minutes (L2, L3, L1) and numerous bus lines that can take you to any part of the city! BARCELONA AIRPORT: 15 minutes in bus. For arrivals between 23hrs and 07.00hrs, there is a supplement of 20€ that must be paid directly to the proprietor at the arrival.

Location
Eixample is the modernist part of the city. All of the streets here cross in a rectangular style, which is a very unusual design in European town planning. There are three distinctly different ambiences in the different bars and discotheques, but never mixed. In this district you will find locals that are lovers of design, traditionalists, and, of course, the young and informal ones. Plaça Catalunya is THE place to go for charming terraces, visited especially by young people and tourists. Eixample, however, is one of the nicest and safest districts to live in Barcelona. The most impressive monuments in this district are: some works of the famous architects Antoní Gaudí and Puig i Cadafalch, Casa de los Punxes, Plaça de Catalunya, and Passeig de Gràcia.
