Description

It is a sunny and well located apartment with 2 twin bedrooms adaptable for groups up to four people. Its main advantages are its location beside the beach and that all the rooms are exterior. The apartment has a large balcony with magnificent views of Barceloneta beach and the sea, which are only 50 m away.
The main bedroom has two single beds and the second room a set of bunk beds. Kitchen and bath were refurbished in 2003. The kitchen is connected to the charming dining/living room by an arch-bar. The bathroom has a small bath tub with a shower. The entire apartment is furnished and equipped in a modern, mediterranean style.
The neighbourhood has many bars and restaurants and is famous for its seafood. You can get to Las Ramlas or the Gotic area in 15 minutes walking or if you prefer there is a good bus service that will take you there in five minutes.

For arrivals between 23.00hrs and 07.00hrs there is a supplement of 30€ to be paid directly to the owner on arrival
There is a surcharge of 25 € for exits before 8h00 in the morning.

Location

Barceloneta flanks the Mediterranean sea and the harbour of Barcelona. Since the Olympic Games in 1992, this quarter is a very nice place to live as it was completely renovated and reconstructed by the French architect Prosper Verboom. All of the streets here cross in a rectangular style, which is a very unusual design in European town planning. The whole district is built in a rather modern and very functional fashion. The quarter is very famous for its little restaurants where you can get excellent seafood. Interesting places to see in this area include: el Museu d´Història de Catalunya, the beach and, of course, el Port Olímpic.
