Cependant l'appartement peut être très bruyant en fonction des locataires. Impossible de dormir pendant 2 nuits ( bruit jusqu'à 5h du matin) suite à l'arrivée de jeunes Anglais . "

I had problems with the thermostat. I was not able to regulate the heat in the unit. The kitchen lacked a dish strainer so it was awkward to wash the dishes and leave them on the counter. Also, American would appreciate a coffee machine in the kitchen. "

Great size rooms. Clean and bright. Bit cold and the shower drainage was not working all the time. But had a great stay. Thank you"

Nous avons apprécié l'ameublement, la décoration et l'emplacement du logement."

However it could have been cleaner and the decor could have done with some updating as it was starting to look slightly shabby. "

8   Name: Olaf Albrecht   Rental Period:  From 15-07-2009 to 19-07-2009   Overall Satisfaction 8   Standard of Accommodation 8   Location 8   Contact Person 8   Comments: "Wir haben uns Alles in Allem sehr wohl gefühlt; lediglich zwei (kleine) Dinge gab es zu bemängeln, sonst hätte es überall ein "sehr gut" gegeben: die Kochzeile hätte etwas "liebevoller" gesäubert sein können und der Fernsehempfang ist stark verbesserungswürdig. Aber: schlussendlich waren wir nicht wegen des Fernsehens in Barcelona. Ansonsten: alles prima und weiter so. Wir würden wieder über oh-barcelona buchen."

Ammenagé avec beaucoup du goût, avec la climatisation (indisponsable en juillet), spacieux, petite télé, machine à laver et seche cheveux. Le logement n° 14 que nous avons occupé se situe au 1er étage, accesible par l'ascenceur et l'escalier et donnat sur deux petites ruelles agéables et pas trop frequentés la nuit. Situé dans El Born, dans une petite ruelle Pescateria à deux pas de l'eglise Santa Maria, du Passage del Born avec ses bars animés, à 15min à pieds de la plage et 10 du marché de la Boqueria. Le suel inconveniant fut le manque d'etat des lieux à l'arrivée et au départ..donc unce certaine incertitude quant au depot de garantie.."
