Très bien dans l'ensemble, à recommander. Isolation phonique très légère, on entend tous les bruits de l'immeuble (heureusement, le voisinage est très correct). Batterie de cuisine insuffisante.

Very nice \"Ikea-Style\" apartment. Bathroom is a bit small for 6 people !

la location est de qualité même si on peut regretter le faible equipement de la cuisine et l'étroitesse de la salle de bains. la proximité du metro est un élément trés positif.
il faut noter que la sortie de boite à proximité trés tôt le matin, anime fortement la rue qui par ailleurs est calme bon courage le vendredi et le samedi soir!

The accommodation was of a good standard. I felt it was well located and being in a block with local people, it gave a more authentic feel to the holiday.
The decor was subtle. The beds were comfortable. My only quibble would be that there was no grill in the kitchen.
