Zur Lage der Unterkunft: Vor allem der Lärmpegel (Presslufthämmer, Lautstärke in engen Gassen, Müllabfuhrt etwa 2.00 Uhr morgens, Hundegebell in den Nebenhäusern) waren schon eine Belastung. Das würde uns nicht hindern, diese wunderbar zentral gelegene und seht gut ausgestattete Wohnung wieder zu mieten.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (Metro 2min),es ist alles vorhanden (markthalle,bars,tapas, multikulti- etwas wie Berlin SO36). Wohnungsausstattung super und clean; Die Gründe warum wir noch mal buchen würden. Kontaktperson ok. Aber negativ ist der Baulärm von der Strassen- und Hochhausbaustelle; Müllabfuhr nachts und die engen gassen können zu jeder Zeit laut sein.

i really enjoyed my stay in Barcelona and the apartment was a big part of that. The new market around the corner was fantastic so we could get fresh bread every morning and the metro stop a minute away made getting around very easy.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles Nötige vorhanden. Sie war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle unsere Stadterkundungen.

Like it was descibed, the stairsway was old and can use a renovation. However the appartmant was excellent, perfect for 2 people, clean, and very good location to visit the city (near the Cathedral, the bus and metro). We didn't have problems with streetnoise. So we do recommend this appartment

It was much better than what I expected. The only thing that was not excellent was the water heating system, hot water was not enough when two people want to take a shower one after the other. But this alone is not enough to lower my rating from \"excellent\".

L'alloggio si presentava esattamente come presentato in internet ed abbiamo riscontrato perciò i motivi percui lo avevamo scelto: molto carino e curato, molto luminoso, in zona centrale e comoda, molto tranquilla.

9/10 Il est dommage que l'entrée et l'escalier de l'immeuble n'aient pas encore été rénovés. Cependant, la localisation est superbe et l'appartement très agréable et bien équipé malgré un petit problème avec la cafetière. Viva barcelona !!

The street is undergoing some road work so got woken up with very heavy drilling a couple of mornings. Great location. Great communication from contact person with excellent recommendations for nightlife. No AC but a fan which made the room less stuffy. Great bathroom and bed. Highly recommend.

I must say we had a lovely stay in Barcelona. The apartment itself was beautiful, however, we were very taken aback as we arrived because it's in a very dingy building on a side street. The enterance would certainly have put some visitors off. Apart from that it would have got top marks.
