très bien situé. appartement basique surtout la salle d'eau avec tuyau de douche défectueux et difficulté d'aération.Chambres bien. Pour la voiture parking à el Maresme forum 30 euros pour une semaine.

appartement très bien situé dans Barcelone. près du métro, on peut aussi aller un peu partout à pieds dans la ville à partir du logement. Le seul bémol, c'est que le quartier peut etre un peu bruyant, mais c'est peut etre le prix a payer pour etre aussi bien placé. Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé.

The location of this accomodation was a real bonus being within 5 minutes walk of ramblas, gothic quarter sights and the seafront. One minus point would be that there is a childrens playground to the back of the building and for those less inclined to an early morning start after a long night out, the sound of children screaming at the top of their voices can be a little grating.

Ottima zona, strada sicura, appartamento silenzioso anche se in pieno centro. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini non troppo piccoli(ci sono 78 scalini) o per gruppi di amici. Persona di contatto gentilissima e disponibile. Sotto casa ci sono tanti negozi di alimentari dove poter fare la spesa e molti ristoranti un pò per tutten le tasche

Von der Metro Liceu leicht zu finden. Treppenhaus ist sehr schön und wenn man wie wir auch im 4.Stock zu Hause ist,kein Hindernis. Der Weg aus dem nächtlichen Schlafzimmer zum Klo ist recht weit. Klappstühle unbequem. Der Stoffbezug der beiden Schlafcouches ist nicht mehr so einladend. Küche sauber, Geräte fast neu und voll funktionstüchtig. Die Betten im Doppelzimmer rutschen auseinander und quitschen. Nachts
unerwartet ruhig !

The apartment delivered what it promised - the place was clean and well equipped( though it would have been nice to use the kettle without it fusing ).
It is in a great location and using the stairs did us good. It is not a luxury flat, but it represents excellent value.

There is a plenty of room in the appartement, it's very well equiped and the location is perfect! The lock in the door is a bit tricky but by time you learn to use it--- Nice staircase..
