Appartement zelf goed, maar verwacht niet teveel. Wel schoon, genoeg handdoeken service ed en alle genoemde faciliteiten aanwezig. Dakterras top! Heerlijk om te ontbijten. Locatie kan niet beter. De trappen zijn met koffer pittig (4 hoog, feitelijk 6 hoog) maar goed voor de conditie!

The apartment is not fancy, but it's comfortable, well-located, and has everything you could need for several days in Barcelona. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus, with nice views of the city. The trip up the stairs, while long, did not detract at all from the overall accommodation. Highly recommended!

Sehr einfache und spärliche Ausstattung - aber dafür relativ sauber. Das eine oder andere Ablageregal (z.B. im Badezimmer) wäre fein gewesen. Vom Straßenlärm bekommt man nichts mit. Super Lage - sehr zentral. Dachterrasse bietet guten Blick auf div. Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt.

I would definitely 100% recommend this aparment for rent! The location is perfect- safe and very quiet, and less than 1 minute walk to the happening streets of La Ramblas. It's right off of Place Rieal which has a couple of really good restaurants (Restaurant Taxamation), and Restaurant Sinatra is right beside the apartment. You are also a 5 minute walk to some great SHOPPING, 15 minite walk to Catalunya, 10 minute walk to Picasso Museum and Born area, and 15 minute walk to Barcelonetta. The apartment is clean and sleep 2 very comfortably. It could sleep 4 well too. I would definitely go back. Prepare your quads and calves for some stairs. It's on the 4th floor, but walks like the 6th floor. We didn't mind because we got a good workout!

Il n'y avait pas de sèche cheveux comme c'était indiqué sur l'annonce, et la douche était vraiment en très mauvais état malgré les nombreux commentaires d'anciens locataires qui l'avaient signalé. A part ça, appartement très agréable.

The location of the apt. was fantastic, right by Plaza Reial. The apt. and some furnishings could be in better condition, but by no means was the apt. in a bad condition overall... everything mentioned on the website was there (TV, DVD, even a few DVDs, etc), however here are some things to be aware of when booking the apartment: 1. 4th floor does not equal 4th floor in either a North American or generic sense. In this building: First a 10 step climb in the 'lobby', then a few steps up to 'Entresol', then Principal, and THEN 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th. The terrace is another level up. while it was a tedious task to climb these more than once a day, this was certainly a small-ish price to pay considering the convenient location. 2. The shower area is VERY small. By most standards. 3. The shower itself is just terrible... it sprays everywhere but down, and taking a shower is truly a challenge. 4. The futon that is supposed to sleep the 3rd and 4th persons is kind of unstable. 5. The \"double\" bed in the bedroom is actually 2 singles joined together. However, they are not really \"joined\", they are just PLACED together. A couple expecting to sleep within close quarters of each other may be a tad disappointed, as the beds only take the slightest nudge or weight to split apart. Also, prepare to sleep in separate (single) duvets. Both the ladies we interacted with were very pleasant (the person who met us, as well as the owner). All in all, we would go back, but would hope that the things mentioned above were fixed... it really shouldn't take much in the way of time and money, so it would be a shame if they weren't.

You will not get a better combination of location and quietness. Next door to Plasa Reial & La Rambla, yet no noise overnight at all! Magic? No - the apartment is several floors up & the entry is on a very small pedestrian street which is not busy at all. The apartment is pleasant, not luxurious but the roof terrace is such a bonus - we used it around 3 times per day! Fantastic views of the cathedral & the church at Plasa del Pi, and distant views to La Sagrada Familia. Also it is a private terrace, possibly recently split. Downsides: Let's be honest, it is five floors up. It did not bother us - added bonus of a butt & calf workout twice a day, however there are over 110 steps from the street to the door. Clearly this is not for everyone. We would definitely use it again.

This was the quietest place we have ever stayed at in a European city!!!. The view from the rooftop balcony at sunset was stunning.

Accommodation was fine. Location was excellent.

The location was perfect, central and quiet. The space was great because of the extra roof top patio. Having laundry facilities was a bonus. The furnishing was basic and the bed in the living room was not that comfortable but it was airconditioned. A bigger coffee pot would be nice. A shower door would help keep the water in the shower. The only time the stairs were a bother was taking the luggage up and then down.
