Super ! l\' appartement est tr�s calme, propre, bien situ� et charmant. La terrasse est un plus incontestable, et les �tages ne sont pas un probl�me : ascenseur vieillot, mais apparemment r�guli�rement entretenu. Quel agr�able s�jour !

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Übernahme und Übergabe. Tolles Apartment, hervorragend ausgestattet. Tolle Ausblicke vom Balkon und den Fenstern im hinteren Teil des Apartments. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a nice stay. Flat as described, uncomplicated and friendly contact, short distance to the Bus-Terminal, perfect for Ryanair. I would definitley book it again if I am in town.

A very nice and sunny terrace, location good, rather close to central of Barcelona, just as the description. The comfort was satisfactory. Just one comment: we had wanted the appartment to be cliener when we arrived.

Perfect location to explore old town and Exaimple. Near to the Metro. Very nice terasse. Bedrooms quiet. To reach the one bedroom you have to go through the other (which was in the description).
We enjoyed our stay very much.
One thing: please renew the towels, they are a bit old.

Nice apartment with a great central location. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend it to my family and friends. Actually my daughter and her husband are planning to visit and hopefully stay in the apartment if available sometime in June 2008

Comments:
The apartment was very pleasant, quiet, and clean, in a nice neighborhood. It would have been perfect for a couple with children; it was less perfect for 4 adults as one bedroom was only accessible through the other, and the doors did not close completely. The landlord was amiable but spoke only Catalan and Spanish, and did not follow through on a promise to bring fresh towels mid-week.
