It would be great if you could provide guests with an info sheet in the apartment (e.g. where to dispose garbage, maybe locate different supermarkets etc.).
We also needed some towels in the kitchen when doing the dishes. And toiletpaper.
None of the above is negative - we enjoyed the stay & the apartment very much.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Metro und Busstation genau vor der Tür.
Das Wohnzimmer ist zur Straße gelegen, daher sehr laut. Die Schlafräume dagegen im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung. Daher hat man vom Straßenlärm nicht viel gehört.

The accomodation worked really well for us (4 people). There is everything you need just near by (Metro, Grocery shopping, etc...).
A little bit noisy until the metro stops and during working days.

Lautstärke: typisch für Großstädte.
Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet.
Was allerdings wichig ist und nicht bekannt war, dass die U-Bahn unter dem Haus durchführt.
Ansonsten sehr gutes Preis,-Leistungsverhältnis.
