Die Unterkunft war genauso wie wir sie uns durch die Fotos im Netz vorgestellt hatten; mitten im lebendigen, interessantesten Stadtviertel Barcelonas \"El Raval\" Sehr angetan waren wir von den schon zuvor gelobten \"Backwaren\", die es in der gegenüber liegenden Panderia gibt! Die Kontaktperson, Peter, war sehr zuverlässig und hat uns schon im Vorhinein hilfreiche Informationen per mail zukommen lassen.

On the booking form it says the apartment owner only spoke Spainish. But he is actually British.

Nice, centrally located apartment, within walking distance to tourist sights. The apartment`s standard was in correlation with the price. Unfortunately the street noise (cars, people)was very disturbing some nights. The landlord was a very kind and helpful person, giving good advise for restaurants, sights to visit, etc.

Excellent flat in an ideal location to explore Barcelona on foot and by metro. Great bakers shop opposite! Lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Flat very clean and tidy. Very helpful welcome.Good guidance notes to the local area.

Siamo stati tranquillamente in quattro in questo appartamentino situato in un rione di case vecchie ma frequentato da giovani a 5 minuti a piedi da metrò e bus. A piedi in 8 minuti si arriva sulla Rambla.Essendo al primo piano, se non si ha il sonno pesante, si sente un pò cosa succede in strada di notte, ma la panetteria che sta proprio davanti è fenomenale e il risveglio è dolce. Ottima l'accoglienza della persona di contatto.

Sehr schöne neue Wohnung in altem Haus, interessantes, ruhiges, aber zentral gelegenes Quartier mit Läden für den täglichen Bedarf; besonders angenehm die Bäckerei vis-a-vis mit den herrlichen Backwaren und dem freundlichen Personal.

The apartment is situated ideally inmidst of El Raval - what makes it no even a quiet place. But for those who don't care about that there can't be a better place to stay. Everything you need you'll find, all kept very much in a nice and cosy and comfortable way. An Peter, who lets this rental, is absolutely nice and welcoming!
