We were delighted with the apartment. Only slight downside was the size of the tiny bathroom which is probably typical of old spanish buildings. But it had beautiful tiled floors and lovely bedroom. The owner had little tealights lit for our arrival late in the evening which was a lovely personal touch.

Comments:
Gute Lage in Barceloneta, nah zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum. Hübsche, sehr saubere, etwas hellhörige Wohnung mit spanischem Flair. Esther war eine sehr nette und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die übrigens auch deutschsprachig ist. Sind mit Kind angereist und haben sämtliches nötiges Equipment gestellt bekommen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Comments:
nettes Appartement mit allen wichtigen Einrichtungen fürs tägliche Urlauberleben. Leider wird das Appartement laut Aussagen der Vermieterin ab nächstes Jahr ( 2009)nur mehr eigengenutzt, wegen Familienzuwachs, was sehr schade ist, denn die Lage ist optimal.

Accomodation was excellent location as close to beach, marina, and aquarium.
We could walk to all ammenities.
Lots of restaurants and ice-cream on doorstep.Kids loved the bunk beds- a real novelty on holidays.
Kitchen and Bathroom are small but adequate.Excellent hostess looked after us very well.

Comments:
Hübsche, saubere Unterkunft, gute Lage im authentischen Wohnviertel am Meer. Metro und Bahn sowie Altstadt fußläufig.
Ringsrum viele kleine Restaurants und Bars, trotzdem kein Kneipenlärm sondern nur der übliche Geräuschpegel einer lebendigen Großstadt.
Sehr empfehlenswert!

A lovely, bright apartment, with beautiful old tiles on the floor and three balconies. The kitchen and bathroom were very small, and the kitchen could have had a few more utensils. It was bit hot at night in September as there is no air-conditioning. The owner was helpful and welcoming - it felt like a family home.
