we were annoyed to have to pay the 30 euro fee for arriving late although we arrived before 11pm which was the time stated on the website. We had taken a taxi especially and would like to have this fee refunded please - the landlady said the cut off time was 10pm and we had no choice but to pay it at the time. The flat was lovely but extremely noisy with traffic and from tne next door flat - the bathroom seems inches away from your head when trying to sleep!Also felt a bit isolated from cafes etc at night. Also not very well equipped -not enought sheets, only one cereal bowl, not many mugs etc,one dirty tea towel and no dishclothes, soap or loo roll despite the fact that we had said we were arriving late at night.Small things but these make all the difference.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und die ist auch nicht schlecht. Für den Preis könnte man jedoch ein bessere Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck erwarten.

The flat is great, very comfortable and spacious, but we were only 3 people(sleeping 6 would be tight).The big terrace is super. It was fairly noisy from early in the morning, but if you want a central location, then I don't think you can complain. There were 2 \"bad\"things: there were no blankets/duvets when we arrived, but Rosa,contact person brought them the next day. And, one morning the water was turned off for the whole house, as they were doing work on the plumbing, so no shower:-( Perhaps the contact person could have warned us about that!But on the whole really good:-)

Lovely, comfortable apartment. As described, except no stereo, and didn't realise it would be 41 steps to the first floor - not easy with a pushchair!

Very cosy lounge with an extremely comfortable and sociable horse-shoe of sofas. Kitchen is well equipped. Great to have a terrace overlooking a quiet side street. Nicely decorated characterful accommodation with a friendly ghost-cat.

Rosa the contact person was great. The apartment is beautiful. A three minute walk to the teuan Subway station. Quiet part of town. Walking distance to Las Ramblas. Really big and spacious, nice couches and furniture. It's a perfect choice. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
