Appart tres correct, proche commodites, meme si les escaliers peuvent sembler tres tres long apres de grandes ballades dans barcelone... Quartier sympa, tres calme, a 2 pas du metro et des bus... Accueil tres tres sympa et en francais s\'il vous plait !!!

Super accueil, appart pratique, agréable et très bien situé dans un quartier sympa et vivant. A deux pas des plages et pas loin des quartiers plus "touristiques".

The apartment is very small but nicely furnished sot that we enjoyed our stay there. The neighbourhood is very normal, away from the tourist streams of Barcelona and therefore very sympathetic. The only negative comment is about the noise: the streets are probably lively in the whole town. But it is not easy to fall to sleep when you hear the neighbours behind the wall chatting in the middle of the night as if they were right next to your bed. The contact people Gustavo and Anni are very nice and helpful

the flat is as published on the web perhaps with the exception that the bathroom is *very* small and the noise level relatively high (although i am not picky but the street noise is very high if you sleep with open windows). The best is the location though, very close to the old town, the beach and to some nice cafés and a supermarket. And the tenants are very friendly too. Would i recommend the flat or come back again? i would probably look for a less noisy flat first...

The contact person was very helpful. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The street was mostly quiet and close to the beach, port, metro and train station. The stairs were the only negative - but they kept us fit!

This flat is located in a pleasant area,very convinient to the center,simple, but has everything you need!!!

Very nice apartment with a very good location: 5 min. to the beach and 5 min. to the metro. Walking distance to the beautiful and cosy Barri Gòthic area. The Barceloneta area is an ideal place to stay if you want the beach and at the same time want to explore the city. And a area without to much tourists because the apartment is placed in an area where the locals lives. Also very close to good groceries shopping with a very good fruit/cheese/meet marked. I can definitely recommend this apartment. It's not extravagant in any way, but it has what you need and a perfect location. Only minus is that the balcony is very narrow, so there is not room for a table which makes it not ideal to sit on and eat or e.g. hanging out or playing games in the evening. But the rest makes up for this. The contact person was very nice and helpful.

Practical two bedroom appartment on the fouth floor (be aware: no lift and narrow steps). Location is good with beach, laundromat, plenty of restaurants and cafes, two internet cafes and a few small supermarkets closeby. Landlord was very friendly and spoke very good English. Some noise from street level late at night on a couple of occasions.

The bongo drummer that plays for 2 hours every morning next door from 9am onwards is a shame - if he could play them it wouldn't be so bad but he can't and it was impossible to sleep between the hours of 9.30am and 11.30 - on a Saturday and Sunday this means late nights in Barca with little opportunity to sleep. But we have stayed in Barca several times over the last 12 years and this is our 4th stay in Barceloneta - loved the location and the landlords were brilliant - very polite, puntual and excellent English. I would stay there again.

The apartment was as described. Airy, with lots of sunlight. The balcony was great with a nice open view (except you can't see much of the sea!) The street was not too noisy, and the neighbors were quiet and friendly.
