-wohnlich und praktisch eingerichtet

This accomodation was in a good location with the beach at one side & the marina at the other. There were many bars & restaurants nearby & it was approximately a 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas. Accomodation was comfortable and clean & well equipped although the shower overflowed onto the floor & we couldnt get the air conditioning to stay on for more than 30 minutes at a time!!

Purtroppo l'appartamento è poco indicato per 4 persone che non siano dello stesso nucleo familiare. L'alloggio è situato in una posizione estremamente rumorosa fino a tarda notte creando difficoltà nel sonno e nel riposo. L'aria condizionata,considerata scadende durante il suo funzionamento ha fatto nascere in noi il dubbio che sia stata programmata per funzionare solo per un certo periodo di tempo entrando poi in stand-by. Non è stato possibile rimuovere dai comandi tale opzione alquanto disagevole per l'alta temperatura. Infine c'è da segnalare problemi di scarico (ingorghi)della doccia presumibilmente legati ai precedenti clienti

Non molto grande ma molto funzionale e dotato di tutti i comfort (w il tostapane!) Arredamento ottimo, letti comodi, il lettore cd non leggeva i cd però è una piccolezza che passa in secondo piano.. Consigliato!

Backofen leitet Strom, wenn man ihn anstellt.
Das Fenster in der Küche ist schwer zu schliessen.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und sauber!

Accommodation was very good, except: the aircon didn't work and it didn't get fixed, but our contact person Pernila got fans at least. The window was broken and the door very noisy, but it got fixed.
