the place was very nice as expected, perhaps a bit smaller than we initially thought it was. Very clean and well kept, great location, 10min walk from las ramblas. It could be a bit noisy in the early hours of the morning but apart from that, it was a good place to stay.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and the location is brilliant for anyone wanting to be near the centre of the city (without being noisy). The landlord was very accommodating, keeping good contact and meeting us to let us in. The best thing I can say about the apartment is that we would look to use it again when we return to Barcelona!

Die Wohnung ist nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage mitten in Raval bietet viel Atmosphäre. Man sollte nicht zu lärmempfindlich sein.

Die Aufforderung zur Einhaltung der Nachtruhe bei der Anmietung suggeriert, dass die übliche Nachtruhe gewährleistet ist.Leider kann der Lärmpegel von der Straße mitunter die Nachtruhe doch erheblich stören.
