L'appartamento si trova al 5 piano(senza ascensore),le scale sono strette e sporche.L'appatamento avrebbe bisogno di una bella pulizia gererale e di una ristrutturazione:il box doccia è rotto,il lavandino perde,la lavatrice è bloccata,la biancheria è vecchia,il frigo è sporco;con un po' di cura potrebbe essere rimesso in sesto,è un peccato lasciarlo così.
