Apartment was very clean and spacious for a family of four. Ideally situated for Las Ramblas, underground, tourist bus stops and supermarkets. Would definately use it again if we came to Barcelona.

Comments:
Some form of sound proofing on the apartment front door would be benefitial as any noise outside(roadworks in our case)was carried along the hallway. The bathroom particularly the shower cubilcle had mould on the ceiling and needs decorating. Pull down sofa bed in living area uncomfotable to sit and sleep on.

Good central location. Clean apartment with good facilities though not much natural sunlight coming in. We would stay again in the future.

Schön wäre eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine und ein funktionierender Backofen. Aber das ist nicht wirklich wesentlich.
Für 2 bis 3 Personen optimale Unterkunft. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten für die anderen möglichen 2 Personen sind nicht gut, da die Sofas völlig durch gesessen sind.
Dennoch: wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit!

A group of 5 stayed 5 days in september 2007 and it was excellent. Five minutes walk to Placa Catalunya. From there you can take the metro or the bus to every point in Barcellona. Clean and quiet. We had a great time!

L' appartamento è davvero perfetto. Abbiamo alloggiato in 5 persone per 4 notti. La posizione è davvero buona (500 metri dalla rambla). Unico cruccio: la stanza matrimoniale ha la porta a vetri opachi... ;-)
