very nice place, quiet and near (300m) from next metro station.
Little supermarkets and bakeries in the proximity.
For old people it can be difficult to climb the stairs (no lift).
Mr. Miralles is being very helpful.
We enjoyed our holidays in Barcelona !

Una zona a la que era dificil llegar (ni los taxistas sabian donde estaba)aunque con buenos servicios (tiendas, metro, etc), un apartamento pequeño pero coqueto, muy bien equipado y un trato excelente.

Spotlessly clean, quiet, sunny, well furnished and equipped.
It was a bit chilly in February -- the warmest spot in the apartment was just in front of the heated bathroom mirror -- but then I imagine it's really designed for occupation during the spring and summer months.
I'm lucky to speak French, as both I and the owner spoke that better than he spoke English or I spoke Spanish.

Appartamento nuovo e pulito, oltre che molto carino.
La posizione è molto felice, vicina al park Gruell ed alla metro, in una zona tranquilla.
Unico difetto le tre rampe di scale un pò rumorose, in quanto di ferro, e senza ascensore.
