A fine appartment for three, as a home base for visting Barcelona. Nice neigbourhood, on walking distance of all major places + metro. Fine owner. Clean and well equiped. Points to be aware of: small living area (but I assume you're not in all day), and a lot of small steep stairs (89) to reach the fourth floor. Spanish regulations should improve in safety requirements: no fire-alarm or escape routes, as must be the case in hundreds of other Barcelona appartments.

Alles bestens bis auf das etwas zu klein geratene Toilette/Dusche.Ist definitiv nicht für grössere Menschen gemacht. Netter Kontakt und alles was man braucht war vorhanden.

This apartment was great. Two bedrooms, one double and a single, well presented, fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to cook a good meal. The owner was very friendly and even had some food and drink supplies there which was a nice touch. The area is safe and has \"character\" and is close to metro and hence everything else. Only thing was it was on 4th floor so i wouldnt recommend to people who don't like climbing stairs or with young children.

logement décevant : ustensiles de cuisine pas très propres, (cafetière moisie, micro-ondes avec des petits insectes...) à l'image de l'appartement poussiéreux; La deuxième chambre n'est pas équipée d'un lit double, salle de bain minuscule, peu pratique pour deux couples. A déconseiller aux couples avec enfants, convient davantage à des \"Routards\" peu regardant sur la propreté. Prix un peu élevé par rapport aux prestations mais bon point de départ pour les visites de la ville

The apartment was very clean and Monte was very friendly and helpful. The beds had new linens and the refrigerator was staocked with juice and beer and colas, as well as pastries. Very nice! The only issue I can see is the stairs to the apartment. They are narrow and steep. Do not bring a lot of luggage!
