The apartment was huge so it is great for groups and the location is fantastic - within easy walking distance of the Rambla and Passeig de Gracia. While the decor is not very modern, we enjoyed the Spanish ambience of the place. The church bells from the Monastery added to the atmosphere. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definately recommend this property.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, ebenso die Lage! Die Austattung ok, die Küche ist dürftig versorgt, alles ein bisschen schmutzig. Ein Schlafzimmer liegt direkt an der Straße und ist sehr laut. Achtung: Geschirrspültabbs mitnehmen! Wir waren zu fünft, sechs haben gut Platz.

We found the location to be very central to higher-end shopping, all tourist attractions and public transportation services. Taxis were also readily available in this upper middle class residential area. Just around the corner from well-to-do Barcelona. Interior very charming with many architectural details still in tact.

El apartamento tiene caracter, esta bien situado. Solo se escuchaba el ruido de la calle en una de las habitacones. La persona de contacto es muy simpatica y amable.

Building was in need of a bit of maintence, but it is an old building. The appartment had a lovely homely feel and was in a fantastic location for visiting the city.

Accueil parfait, et appartement plein de charme, mais bruyant pour toute la partie qui donne sur la rue. L'équipement de la cuisine (vaisselle, ustenciles ...) est un peu léger et le nettoyage laisse à désirer : couteau trés sale au milieu des couverts, nourriture moisie dans le micro-onde, ... Le lave-vaisselle a fuit. Toutes ces informations ont été transmises directement à la restitution des clés.
