La description et la photo sur le site web sont très éloignées de la réalité : l'appart est très vieux, mal aménagé, pas confortable, restauré à la va-vite. Du point de vue du confort, certaines fenêtres sont sans vitres, il fait donc très froid (à éviter en saison fraîche), la cuisine est très petite, la terrasse est lugubre mais elle doit être agréable en été. Bref, quand il est annoncé "parfait pour les jeunes", il faut faire attention. Les familles avec enfants doivent éviter à tout prix. Il y a une chambre d'1 place, une chambre de 2 places, une chambre de 4 places, un canapé dans le salon. La personne de contact parle espagnol et anglais. Atteindre la bonne personne au téléphone est laborieux, on est balloté de numéro en numéro. Il faut être patient. Globalement, grosse déception sur le rapport qualité prix.

If I had seen the appalling condition of the apartment before hand, I would never had booked it (the picture's are not a true reflection). The flat was basic to say the least - the toilet and flat in general smelled of sewage and has obviously had no work done to it since the apartment was built, there was an infestation of ants in the kitchen and cleanliness is not on the owners list of priorities. It is certainly not worth the money we paid for it and I would urge anyone to look for alternative accomodation to avoid disappointment.

I did'nt get any feedback on arrivaltime, and nobody met us at the apartment. We arrived in the evening, and had to stand on the pavement and try to make contact by phone. Luckily it worked, but it wasnt' a good beginning. The apartement was clean and prepared for us, but it is a bit run down, and we missed quite a number of lightbulbs.

Good basic accomodation, ideal as a very central base for a large group. Roof terrace is great for enjoying a few drinks in the sun, kitchen is tiny but has the basics. Apartment is several floors up with no lift!

Having walked up 6/7 flights of stairs (no lift) we were shocked to find that the apartment was very grubby. 4 single beds were crammed into a small space with very grubby looking linen on the beds (nothing matched. Another bedroom had no window and the lounge area was not big enough for 2 people let alone 6. We did not feel secure as although just off the Ramblas the side street was dirty and full of graffitti and some dubious looking people were hanging about. When we advised the man who greeted us that we would not be staying he said he understood why! We were compelled to leave and seek what turned out to be very expensive hotel accommodation for the duration of our stay which at 22.00hrs was not a promising start to our break.

The acomodation although basic was a nice place to stay, although the photo\'s shown online were quite decieveing on size!

the apartment was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect for 7 guys on holiday, great terrace for a couple of beers in the evening. Didn't have hot water for two days though.
