Il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise. L'appartement est tel que nous le voyons sur les photos. Il est extrêmement bien situé : à deux pas du métro ainsi qu'à dix minutes à pied des endroits incontournables de Barcelone. Le propriétaire est extêmement sympathique, il prend le temps de nous expliquer les choses à voir ... Le petit plus : il parle le français !
