NOTE: In order to book this property, the owner requests a deposit of 30% of the rent by bank transfer in a maximum term of 7 days to count from the date when the reservation has been made. The remaining 70% will have to be paid at the moment of the arrival to the flat when the keys will be handed over. For reservations made less than 10 days before the arrival, the total payment has to be paid when handing over the keys, when one arrives at the apartment.
Extra:
Check-in is between 16.30pm and 20pm. Check-out is at 10am. If the arrival is after 20pm, the total has to be paid before the arrival.
