NOTE: In order to book this property, the owner requests a deposit of 30% of the rent by bank transfer in a maximum term of 7 days to count from the date when the reservation has been made. The remaining 70% will have to be paid at the moment of the arrival to the flat when the keys will be handed over. For reservations made less than 10 days before the arrival, the total payment has to be paid when handing over the keys, when one arrives at the apartment.

Today, Lloret the Mar is one of the most known destinations of Spain. It is possible to get there by bus from Germany in only 20 to 25 hours.
