The apartment is located in Lloret de Mar and about 300m from the beach Playa Fenals. Guest have access to the community pool. The apartment was constructed in 2004 and consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Sleeping facilities are a bunk bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, freezer, microwave, hobs, oven, grill, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom comes with a shower.
