Description
Apartment in the centre of Roses, Costa Brava, and only 350m from the beach, the shopping area and the weekly market which is held every Sunday. The apartment is located in the first floor of a three store building. It disposes of three bedrooms, one with a double bed (135x180cm) and the other two with two single bed each(80x180cm). Two of the bedrooms are exterior and one is interior. From the living room you access the balcony with table and chairs. There is a complettly equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, hobs and microwave and a bathroom with a bathtub and a seperate toilette. Further equippement is a tv, iron and a washing machine. The location Ampuriabrava offers all kind of sports and leisure activities like surfing, diving, golf, hiking, etc.

Arrival and departure date have to be Saturdays. Minimal stay is 7 days. Keys need to be picked up at the office in Ampuriabrava between 4pm and 7pm.

Location
Roses is situated in the north of Catalonia at the Costa Brava and at the Gulf of Roses. Its origins come from the Greek colony Rohdes and it is one of the most famous places at the Costa Brave.

The beautiful oldtown of Roses with its small and narrow alleys offers lots of bars and restaurants that invite the guest to stay. Roses is situated at a huge bay with a wide sandy beach and a promenade of some kilometres length. As the weather and the water offer ideal conditions for sailing and windsurfing it is usually very busy out there.
At the old fisher's port you can buy fresh fish and seafood every day. An excursion along the Costa Brava is the ideal way to discover small, hidden bays between the cliffs. The natural reserve Aiguamolls de L'Emporda close to Roses unites 4000 hectare marshes with an interesting biota. And you also have hiking possibilities there.
A day trip to Figueres is a must in order to visit the famous Dali Museum, as the artist even participated in its construction.

Note:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival, the client must:
-Pay the company''s prepayment at the very instant of doing the reservation; the total remaining has to be paid 45 days before arrival. Until the payment is not made the booking won''t be confirm.
-If the reservation is made with less than 45 days before arrival, the client must pay the prepayment and the total rent remaining to Open House at the very instant of doing the reservation.
