The apartment is situated right in the center of Lloret de Mar and only 50m away from the beach. You step out of the apartment and you find everything you need close by: Restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and the beach. The apartment was renovated in 2004 and disposes of one bedroom with two single beds (80x180cm), a living room with double sofabed and american kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, hobs, pots and plates. The apartment also has air condition and heating. On request the owner offers a cot free-of-charge. The building has an elevator

The minimum stay from 01/07 to 25/08 is 7 days and your arrival and departure day has to be a SATURDAY

Location
Lloret de Mar is a former fishing village at the Costa Brava. The winding streets still emanate the maritime atmosphere. Lloret the Mar is an ancient colony and 2200 years ago the first people settled there. The Chapel built in catalan style dates back to the year 1522 as well the Castle Sant Joan that served as protection against pirates are both worth visiting. Furthermore the visit of the gardens of Santa Clotilde del Mar is recommended. They offer an impressive view over the beaches of the Costa Brava. Today, Lloret the Mar is one of the most known destinations of Spain. It is possible to get there by bus from Germany in only 20 to 25 hours. Many young people are responsible for a lively and hilarious atmosphere during the whole summer in Lloret de Mar. The numerous bars and discos do not close before morning. The sun, the beach, the delicious food, the vine and all the other possibilities of entertainment are the guarantee of the ideal holiday-feeling. So, if you are looking for fun and amusement, you have to visit Lloret de Mar!

In order to ensure a successful reservation, a prepayment is required at the time of reservation. The prepayment is a percentage of the total amount due.
The outstanding amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the keys on the first day of your stay.
Further more, it is commonplace that a deposit is required in cash, which should also be paid upon the delivery of the keys on the first day. The deposit will be reimbursed upon returning the keys on the last day of your stay.
