Description
Spacious villa with a splendid terrace-porch, private pool and garden and an enclosure for dogs. It is situated at Santa Cristina d'Aro, at 2,5km from the center of the beach of Aro, with all services and shops close by. The house has 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed (180x135cm) and the last one with 2 single beds (180x80cm). In the wide living/dinning room, there is a double bed sofa. The kitchen is completely equipped with oven, fan, microwaves, toaster, fridge, freezer, kitchen ustensils. It has 2 bathrooms with shower, and whose one is on suite with one of the bedroom.
This villa counts various useful and nice installations as the television, DVD player, stereo,  washing machine, heating, iron and ironing table.
It´s located in a very peaceful area with panoramic views of mountains. In addition you have a big furnished porch with table and chairs. The porch faces the pool (4x8m). There is also a parking for 3 cars and it is adapted for hadicaped persons. Close to the house, there are 2 golfs courses and a riding center. The minimum stay of june and september is seven days with day of arrival/departure always on SATURDAY.

Location
Playa de Aro situated at the Costa Brava, forms part of the community Castell d'Aro. Over the last year Playa de Aro has developed alot due to the increasing tourism to the Costa Brava. Playa de Aro offers great varity of leisure facilities with a lively nightlife. There are several beaches with invite to spent some time, relax, go swimming or do all kind of water sports. By the Port d'Aro and up to the mouth of the river Ridaura the beach of the Port d'Aro is located. Here classes of sailing or surfing are offered. Just behind the mouth of the river Ridaura into the Mediterranean Sea beginns the long and wide corse-grained sandy beach called Gran de Playa d'Aro which goes up to the peak Rocosa, a granite monolith named Cavall Bernat now a symbol of the area. At the peak D'En Ramis when it opens into the bay Cala Rovira o Can Artigas there is a change in countryside. It is also a beach with corse-grained sand and a little river opens in the Mediterranean Sea. At the end of the by the peak Rovira with a rich vegetation dominated by pine trees develops is separated from the coast by a tongue of sand called El Xuclador. En Playa d'Aro like in every location alongside the Costa Brava you can enjoy great food in one of the many restaurants. Experience the great catalan cooking with many fish and sea food ingrediants.
