Description
The holiday home is situated in Roses, Costa Brava, close to the beach (950m) with yard and garden with barbeque. The holiday home is distributed over one floor and has a sun terrace of 25 m2 on top. It consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed (135x180cm) and two with two single beds (80x180cm) each, a beautiful living room with access to the terrace  - furnished with table and chairs- , a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hobs, oven, and dishwasher. Bathrooms come one with bathtub and the other with shower. Further the holiday home is equipped with washing machine and iron. A parking lot for one car belongs to the holiday home. The location Roses offers all kind of sports and leisure activities like surfing, diving, golf, hiking, etc.

Arrival and departure date have to be Saturdays. Minimum stay of 7 days. Keys need to be picked up at the office in the proximate village (Ampuriabrava) between 4pm and 7pm.

Location
Roses is situated in the north of Catalonia at the Costa Brava and at the Gulf of Roses. Its origins come from the Greek colony Rohdes and it is one of the most famous places at the Costa Brave.

The beautiful oldtown of Roses with its small and narrow alleys offers lots of bars and restaurants that invite the guest to stay. Roses is situated at a huge bay with a wide sandy beach and a promenade of some kilometres length. As the weather and the water offer ideal conditions for sailing and windsurfing it is usually very busy out there.
At the old fisher's port you can buy fresh fish and seafood every day. An excursion along the Costa Brava is the ideal way to discover small, hidden bays between the cliffs. The natural reserve Aiguamolls de L'Emporda close to Roses unites 4000 hectare marshes with an interesting biota. And you also have hiking possibilities there.
A day trip to Figueres is a must in order to visit the famous Dali Museum, as the artist even participated in its construction.
Payment Conditions / Cancellation Policy
Note:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival, the client must:
-Pay the company''s prepayment at the very instant of doing the reservation; the total remaining has to be paid 45 days before arrival. Until the payment is not made the booking won''t be confirm.
-If the reservation is made with less than 45 days before arrival, the client must pay the prepayment and the total rent remaining to Open House at the very instant of doing the reservation.
