Apartment in L'Estartit, with a garden and community swimming pool, only 250 meters from the beach. A tranquil and family area with many amenities. The apartment includes two bedrooms with two single beds (which may be combined). The minimum measurements for the beds are 180x135 for the double and 180x80 for the singles. The dining-living room has a day bed for two people. There is an independent kitchen equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and toaster. Complete bathroom with a bathtub. All exterior apartment with windows looking out to the street and a terrace looking out to a community area. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. The apartment includes a TV, washing machine, fan and heating. The building includes a community area, swimming pool, and a concierge. Situated 50 meters from the supermarket and restaurants and 600 meters from a shopping centre. The Girona airport is 40 km away. 

Domestic animals are accepted for  euros per day.  Minimum stay of 7 nights starting on Sundays. 
Cancellation fee:
10 days before arrival: 20%
from 9 to 5 days before arrival: 40%
from 5 to 0 days (no show): 100%

NOTE: In order to book this property, the owner requests a deposit of 40% of the rent by bank transfer in a maximum term of 7 days to count from the date when the reservation has been made. The remaining 60% will have to be paid at the moment of the arrival to the flat when the keys will be handed over.

For reservations made less than 10 days before the arrival, the total payment has to be paid when handing over the keys, when one arrives at the apartment.

Location
L'Estartit is situated at the Costa Brava and belongs to the municipal of Torroella de Montgri. In the mountains of Montgri you can find the Castle Montgri, which was built in the 13th century. L'Estartit offers a diversified natural landscape. The waterside of the river "Ter" is marshes and the Medes-Islands are in the close vicinity to the beach and form important reservations for the subaqueous biota of the western Mediterranean. They are the only islands of the catalan coast. The undersea world of the Medes-Islands is the attraction point for divers from all over the world as they offer excellent conditions for diving and undersea photography. Ashore you can take a walk along the port or the river "Ter". L'Escartit further offers the possibility of biking, horse-riding, golf or sailing. How about an excursion to the Medes-Islands, a visit of weekly market, a concert or a music festival? And the the cultural range is wide and surely will not disappoint you. In the evenings you can try one of the numerous bars and discotheques where you will be dancing in the wee hours of the morning.

In order to book this property, the owner requests a deposit of 30% of the rent by bank transfer in a maximum term of 7 days to count from the date when the reservation has been made.
The remaining 70% will have to be paid at the moment of the arrival to the flat when the keys will be handed over.
For reservations made less than 10 days before the arrival, the total payment has to be paid when handing over the keys, when one arrives at the apartment.
