Description
New apartment ideal for families and couples in Salou with pool, big green spaces and children playground. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. The bed sizes are 180x135 (double) and 180x80 (single). The wide living/dining room also has a double bed sofa. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, gaslighter, dishwasher, coffeemaker, tableware and kitchen utensils. It has two complete bathrooms: one with shower and the other bathtub and bidet. The apartment has various useful and nice installations: satellite TV, washing machine, AC, heating, iron and ironing table. It´s situaded in a relaxed urban zone between Salou and La Pineda at 300 m from the beach, which allows you to enjoy with a certain tranquility. It has a communal pool with exterior shower solarium of 50m2. Furthermore, it has a furnished terrace with table and chairs so you can enjoy your summer vacation to the maximum. The apartment is apt for disabled people. Note: The owner prefers to rent it to families, no groups (-25 years old). The minimum stay is 7 days with day of arrival/departure always on SATURDAY. Arrival starting from 4 pm and departure before 12 am.

Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.

Location
Salou, named Salauris by Roman settlers, formed part of the religious PATRIMONIO of Tarragona. King James I of Spain was the first to take full advantage of the excellent port and based his entire fleet in Salou. However it wasn´t long before pirates discovered the virutes of the port of Salou and began terrorising the people with raids and the town was deserted. In response, the Torre Vella de Salou was constructed in 1530 to defend the city. Today the motorway and train connections between Salou and the town of Reus, and a warm temperate climate throughout the year, have turned Salou into a tourism hotspot on the Costa Dorada, visited by people from the world over.
