| Completely refurbished apartment with 2 bedrooms (one room with 2 single beds, one room with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room). Situated in a residence in the centre of Salou, with 2 restaurants in the same enclosure and within walking distance from Capellans Beach. The apartment is completely equipped with one complete bathroom with a bathtub. With all the comforts of home, access to the community swimming pool for the neighbouring building, swimming lessons and outdoor children’s games. Note: we prefer families and pairs of responsible adults. Domestic animals are not accepted. The minimum stay is for seven days with arrival and departure always on SATURDAY. Entrance in the evening from 16:00 hours and exit in the morning before 12:00 h. |
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.

| Salou, named Salauris by Roman settlers, formed part of the religious PATRIMONIO of Tarragona. King James I of Spain was the first to take full advantage of the excellent port and based his entire fleet in Salou. However it wasn´t long before pirates discovered the virutes of the port of Salou and began terrorising the people with raids and the town was deserted. In response, the Torre Vella de Salou was constructed in 1530 to defend the city. Today the motorway and train connections between Salou and the town of Reus, and a warm temperate climate throughout the year, have turned Salou into a tourism hotspot on the Costa Dorada, visited by people from the world over. For those that tire of the long stretches of sand that are typical of the Costa Dorada, Salou offers more intimate smaller beaches bordered with pine trees and with pretty caves.
