This vacation house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x135cm) and the 2 others with 2 single beds (180x80cm) in each room. The porch with table and chairs can be reached from the wide living/dinning room. The American kitchen is equipped with: fridge, microwaves, gas lighter, coffee maker, plates and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet and wc. The house counts a lot of useful and nice installations like: TV, stereo, radio, barbecue, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing table. It is situated in the center of Altafulla with all services and shops, and only at 400m from the beach, which allows you to enjoy your holidays with a certain tranquility. The minimum stay is 7 days, with arrivals and departures only on SATURDAY. |

| Altafulla ist situated at the Costa Dorada about 52 above the nivel of the sea. Altafulla is a little fisher village at the Costa Dorada and a very prefered destionation of tourist. Nevertheless Altafulla was able to remain its traditional charme. It is very nice to stroll along the narrow streets of Altafulla. Not only at the Costa Dorada but also located at the shore of the river Gaia it offers a wide range of touristic attractions. Altafulla romans heritage is still visible in the roman ruins in the area. Fine sandy beaches and very clear water is what Altafulla and the Costa Dorada are famous for and what attract many tourist from all over the world. During your stay in Altafulla you should not miss the castle of Altafulla or the baroc church of Sant Marti. Further very interesting sights in and around Altafulla are: the promenade 'Les Botigues de Mar' with its many shopping facilities along the Costa Dorada, the Villa Romana dels Munts the antic ruins of a roman city built in the first centuary, the Villa Closa houses from the roman area, and many more. Altafulla is a very interesting city which is worth a stay; not only from the touristic point of view but also from the cultural point of view. |

In order to ensure a successful reservation, a prepayment is required at the time of reservation. The prepayment is a percentage of the total amount due.
The outstanding amount is paid in cash upon the delivery of the keys on the first day of your stay.
Further more, it is commonplace that a deposit is required in cash, which should also be paid upon the delivery of the keys on the first day. The deposit will be reimbursed upon returning the keys on the last day of your stay.
