Description
The apartment is situated in La Pineda in first row from the beach. The building of the apartment has a lift and offers community pool and garden area and is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which with a double bed (135x180cm) and the other with two single beds (80x180cm). A double sofa bed in the living room offers further sleeping facilities. A furnished terrace with seaview forms part of the apartment. The american kitchen is equipped with fridge, hobs, plates, pots and cutlery. The bathroom comes with bathtube. Furthermore there is a TV and a washing machine in the apartment and a private parking space for one car available.
Note: The owner prefers to rent it to families, no groups (-25 years old).
Arrival and departure have to be on a Saturday. Check-in after 4pm and check-out until 12am.

Location
La Pineda is a idylic village at the Costa Dorada and only 100km away from Barcelona. You can still visit the ruins of the era of the romans. As like many of the villages in this area the agroculture used to be one of the main income of La Pineda, but also the textil industry played an important role. More and more this was displaced by the tourism sector. Due to the mild climate of the Costa Dorada many tourist have discovered this area as a favoured holiday destination. Deversified nature, mediterranean woods in the close by nature park of Montnegre, and the beaches are some reasons. Many times the beaches were certified by the blue flagg which is handed out by the European Uniion for high quality beaches. Many different water activities are offered, however you can also do bike tours through the mountains. Concert and exibitions form the culture facilities offered in La Pineda. Interesting sights are the castle Montpalau, Torre Sant Jaume, old buildings from the 19th and 20th century, the church Parroquiat and many more.
Payment Conditions / Cancellation Policy
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
