Apartment in La Pineda in a tranquil zone with communal pool, big green spaces, basketball and petanque court. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The sizes of the beds are 180x135 (double) and 180x80 (single). In the wide dining/living room you will also find a double bed couch. The kitchen is american and equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, gaslighter, coffeemaker, tableware and kitchen utensils. Furthermore, the bathroom has a shower. The apartment has various useful and nice installations: TV, washing machine, iron and ironing table. Itīs located in a very quiet area of La Pineda at 300m from the beach, which allows certain tranquility. It has a communal pool and other social activities. There is also a furnished terrace with table and chairs so you can enjoy your vacation to the maximum. There is a communal parking with space for one car. The minimum stay is 7 days with day of arrival/departure always on SATURDAY. Arrival starting from 4 pm and departure before 12 am.

Location
La Pineda is a idylic village at the Costa Dorada and only 100km away from Barcelona. You can still visit the ruins of the era of the romans. As like many of the villages in this area the agroculture used to be one of the main income of La Pineda, but also the textil industry played an important role. More and more this was displaced by the tourism sector. Due to the mild climate of the Costa Dorada many tourist have discovered this area as a favoured holiday destination. Deversified nature, mediterranean woods in the close by nature park of Montnegre, and the beaches are some reasons. Many times the beaches were certified by the blue flagg which is handed out by the European Uniion for high quality beaches. Many different water activities are offered, however you can also do bike tours through the mountains. Concert and exibitions form the culture facilities offered in La Pineda. Interesting sights are the castle Montpalau, Torre Sant Jaume, old buildings from the 19th and 20th century, the church Parroquiat and many more.
Payment Conditions / Cancellation Policy
NOTE:
Reservations made 45 days prior arrival:
- The owner requires the payment of 30% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- The remaining amount (70% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival:
- The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer.
- At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
